What Content is Acceptable for Designs on Pelpo.com?

Acceptable Content Guidelines

We would like for everyone to enjoy all the products that Pelpo.com has to offer. We fully respect the rights to free expression, and are thrilled that Pelpo.com products enable people to express themselves fully in the real world.

To ensure that Pelpo.com continues to be enjoyed by everyone, we have a few rules that we ask for everyone to abide by. The following content is not permitted at pelpo.com:

  • No text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity
  • No text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not artistic in nature
  • No text or images that encourage or glorify drug use/abuse
  • No excessive violence
  • No content that is libelous or defamatory
  • No content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
  • No hate speech
  • No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or disability
  • No content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law

Any products that are deemed unacceptable by the rules above, or deemed offensive or in bad taste at the sole judgment of Pelpo.com, will be canceled and removed from the Marketplace with or without notice.

The Fine Print:

  1. We reserve the right to decline to use your uploaded image or text at our sole discretion.
  2. Prior to uploading an image or text, you must read carefully and make certain you understand our User Agreement.
  3. You may not upload an image or text that violates the Terms of Use.

 

You must own all rights (including copyright) in the image and text you upload or have the written permission of ALL persons who own (a) the rights to upload the image or text and (b) the rights to authorize the uses permitted in the User Agreement. If someone other than you is the owner of the image or appears in it or has created the text, you must obtain such permission from those persons. If you upload any image or text that violates our User Agreement, your account may be terminated.

By clicking “Customize”, you certify that (a) you have read and agree to the Pelpo.com policies; (b) you own or have obtained all Rights necessary to upload this image and/or text and authorize the uses permitted to us; and (c) you are granting Pelpo.com the license to make all such uses of the image and/or text.

Which transportation manner can you choose? And how long will they take?

1. EUB: for small package (only serve for little courties), approx 7-15 days.

2.DHL: for full world except for some sanctioned countries，3-10 days.

3. By sea(door to door):  for special countries. 30-45 days.

4. Special air line：for special countries. 7-15 days.

After you checkout, if there is any change on the shipping cost, we keep the right to inform you to add the extra cost caused by such as Remote areas，Shipping companies raise prices，Force majeure and so on.

If we use your customize design file to print directly?

No. We will check your design in the system first. We maybe rework and change little and back to you for approval because there are some limition for printing technology.

When you upload file, it’s the best to use a SVG file to improve the printing quality.

Why you can not find the history design file in our system?

Please clik the “Save MyDesigns” button on the top of the creator windows. It’s important to save your work results.

How long will your order be shipped?

The production time is different for different products. Normally it will take 3 to 7 days for finish your customize order. For blanks, it will be faster.

For large orders, it is best to work offline to save costs. The production time will according to the printing type and qty. We will have a professional to serve you.
